Popularly known as ‘Pappu Chaudhary’, ‘Chaudhary Sahab’ and ‘MLC Sahab’.
Chaudhary Chandrapal Singh ‘Pappu Chaudhary’ is an active member of the Bharatiya Janata Party and a former Member of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council (Local Authorities constituency — Moradabad, Sambhal, Amroha and Bijnor). For several decades he has played an active part in the political and social life of the Sambhal, Bilari and Chandausi area.
Rooted in rural life, Chandrapal Singh is known in the region as a nationalist political and social worker and leader. He has worked steadily on issues that matter to farmers, traders, women, young people, artisans and labourers, and has taken an active part in the all-round development of the area’s villages and towns and in standing up against injustice and harassment.
